Humidity
Humidity is the amount of water vapor in the air, often expressed as relative humidity.
Why it matters
Indoor humidity affects comfort, health, and building durability. Too high causes mold and condensation. Too low causes dry skin and static.

Humidity is not the same as water leaks. High humidity can cause moisture problems even without any visible water.
